Chang is focusing on GHG management. She is the lead writer and heavily involved in the GPC development. She is a certified verifier for GHG gases. She speaks Chinese, English, German and little Japanese.

At ICLEI World Secretariat, she is the thematic lead of the carbonn climate registry. She is leading the development of the cCR website, database, city reports and analysis/publication.
