Cesar Carreño

Cesar is an Agricultural Engineer (with a minor in business management) with Masters in Project Management and Environmental Sciences. As a Senior Project Officer at ICLEI - Local Governments for sustainability; he provides coordination with regional offices in capacity building, data collection and methodologies for calculation and allocation. With skills in agricultural projects and in urban green areas. He has worked with several types of CO2 related projects such as Corporate carbon footprint, LCA and Forest sequestration verification.
