I have collaborated on GHG municipal inventory projects with WRI-Mexico and Carbon Trust Mexico. And from 2008 to 2016 worked at the National Institute of Ecology and Climate Change (INECC), in the national GHG inventory and advising subnational governments for the GHG inventories development. My expertise is mainly in the energy sector, but I`ve worked in the industry sector aswell.
I have a master's degree in engineering, in the area of ​​energy and environment.
