<p>As an Environmental Air Quality and Climate Specialist, I am leading the climate action planning for the city of Phoenix's climate action plan, as well as greenhouse gas inventories. I have a doctorate in chemical engineering with industrial, research and teaching experience. I am also a bilingual (English/Spanish) communicator, both oral and written.</p>
