As the Credentialing Project Manager I manage a broad range of programs related personnel certification for the green building industry using my expertise in credentialing, sustainable and healthy buildings, and project management.
As an expert in environmental sustainability and human health as they pertain to the built environment, I have played a key role in developing the LEED AP with specialty, Green Associate, and WELL AP exams, and continuing education programs. I am trained as a WELL Assessor and am certified as a WELL AP. I use this knowledge to further develop this and other emerging green building credentials.
In addition, I use my background in sustainable architecture, knowledge of new and existing buildings, as well as my knowledge of adult education principles to oversee GBCI's education review program. I provide in-depth technical reviews on continuing education courses for a variety of topics with a specialization in reviewing for topics related to building material and their impacts, including chemicals of concern, life cycle analysis, and various disclosure methods. In addition I ensure all courses approved by GBCI are of adequate quality and relevance to contribute credential holder's certifications.
I provide comprehensive program management for the LEED Fellow program, which is the highest designation in the green building industry. This involves program management of a complex, multi-phase project which includes volunteer recruitment and training, providing coaching and support for top-tier customers, and group facilitation, and event planning.
I am the in-house ANSI expert for GBCI, managing the accreditation of GBCI credentials under ANSI 17024, as well as supporting and facilitating our governance body.
