Emission Factor Database - Base Carbone

I am wondering if it could be possible to add to "Ressources" the "Base Carbone": http://www.bilans-ges.ademe.fr/en/accueil/
To my knowledge, this emission factor database is very strong and complete.
Everyhting is available in english.
